Agreement To Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Revslip, including account features, website audits, AI-generated reports, credit purchases, billing workflows, and integration checks. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you use Revslip on behalf of a company, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms and to authorize the actions taken through the account.
Eligibility And Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.
- You must not share access in a way that bypasses seat, security, or authorization controls, and you should enable two-factor authentication when the risk profile of your workspace requires it.
Authorized Use
You may submit only websites, domains, pages, or integration identifiers that you are authorized to analyze, test, or review. Revslip is intended for lawful, read-only evaluation of public-facing experiences and related conversion or performance signals.
You must not use the service to target systems without permission, interfere with third-party infrastructure, scrape non-public areas, bypass rate limits or access controls, or violate law, contract, or another party's rights.
Credits, Billing, And Stripe
- Revslip may offer prepaid credits that are consumed when you run audits or use paid platform features. The applicable credit cost is the amount displayed in the product at the time of use.
- Credits are licensed for use within the service only, have no cash value, are non-transferable unless Revslip states otherwise in writing, and are not a deposit or banked funds account.
- Paid checkout is processed through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorize Revslip and Stripe to charge the selected payment method, complete payment verification, and create transaction records linked to your account.
- Pricing, pack sizes, promotional offers, and future credit rules may change prospectively. Changes do not retroactively alter credits that have already been granted unless required to correct fraud, abuse, technical error, or legal non-compliance.
- Except where required by law, purchased credits and completed audit charges are non-refundable once credits have been granted or the paid service has been materially delivered.
Audit Outputs And AI Assistance
Revslip provides automated and AI-assisted outputs for informational and operational decision support. Reports, findings, ROI estimates, lift projections, and integration detections may contain errors, omissions, false positives, or incomplete analysis.
You are responsible for independently evaluating recommendations before relying on them for design, engineering, legal, marketing, analytics, accessibility, or compliance decisions.
Integrations And Third-Party Services
Revslip may reference, detect, or link to third-party services such as Stripe, analytics platforms, tag managers, and tracking tools. Your use of those services is governed by the third party's own terms and policies.
Revslip is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, fees, or compliance posture of third-party services, nor for changes those providers make to their APIs, scripts, permissions, or billing systems.
Compliance And Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Revslip, your submitted websites, and any downstream implementation of recommendations comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, accessibility, advertising, and industry-specific laws.
- You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required for the websites, data, and integrations you submit to the service.
- If you deploy analytics, CRO, or tracking technologies based on Revslip recommendations, you remain responsible for your own notices, consent management, lawful basis assessments, and third-party compliance obligations.
- You must not represent Revslip outputs as legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and you must not rely on the service as a substitute for counsel, formal audits, or certified review.
Suspension And Termination
Revslip may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use is unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, security-threatening, or materially inconsistent with these terms. We may also disable access required to protect the service, users, or third parties from imminent harm.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination, and provisions that reasonably should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Revslip disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revslip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the service.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively after posting or other reasonable notice. Your continued use of Revslip after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
